Refund policy

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate care products can't be restocked  but if you're unhappy, talk to us anyway. We'll always try to find a fair fix..
